Dr. Shannon Rappe
Shannon Rappe' is a doctorally prepared certified family nurse practitioner with over 21 years of experience in the medical field. She received her Associate of Science in Nursing from Marion Technical College of Nursing in Marion, Ohio, in 1998; she began her nursing career at the Ohio State University Hospital and quickly found her calling in the field of nephrology. Her passion for patient care and creating long-lasting relationships with patients and families led her to further her education at Belmont University, where she obtained a Doctorate in Nurse Practice. Shannon desires to serve her patients by practicing the long-lost art of listening and developing relationships that facilitate good communication, trust, and honesty. She believes that good healthcare starts by focusing on the whole person and meeting people where they are on their healthcare journey. Shannon also believes that the backbone of wellness care begins with familiarity and consistency, which is why she is focused on ensuring her patients see the same familiar face when they come in for their appointments. As the founder of Nolo Family Practice, Shannon's vision is to create an atmosphere of care that encompasses the whole family's needs while walking alongside each individual to help them achieve their optimal level of wellness.
Cassandra, Clinical Coordinator
Cassandra is the clinical coordinator for NOLO Family Practice and will be the first of many friendly encounters you experience when you visit. She was born and raised in Michigan and relocated to Tennessee in 2022.
Cassandra has a passion for serving others. She possesses an Associate's Degree in Applied Science, specializing in Medical Office Administration. This educational background provided her with a solid foundation in the healthcare industry and essential skills that are undoubtedly the foundation of an outstanding customer service experience.
When she is not engaged in her duties at NOLO Family Practice, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and extended family. She values spending time with her family hiking, baking, crafting, and telling stories. Cassandra will be the smiling face that greets you when you arrive.
